How it works
All applicants must first complete the online China visa application form through the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China:

- Generate and download the official visa application form (PDF)

The COVA system is for online form submission only.
Applicants must still submit documents in person (or by appointment) at the Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa application center in their country.
After completing the official visa form, you may apply for a CHINASHOP invitation letter on this page to support your business visa application.
Once you receive the CHINASHOP invitation letter, submit it together with your visa application form and other required materials to the Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa application center.
