Basic Exhibition Information
The Visitor Pass is valid for all three days of the exhibition. You do not need to select a specific date during registration.
Registration & Badge
Pre-registration is strongly recommended. On-site registration is available but may involve longer waiting times due to verification procedures
No, each attendee must register individually using their own unique email address.
You can pick up your badge at the Visitor Registration Desks located in the Central and East Entrance Halls of the Expo Center. Please bring your valid passport and the registration QR code (electronic or printed) for verification.
You must bring your valid original passport (for identity verification) and your QR Code Confirmation (from the registration email).

Visa & Invitation Letter
Foreign visitors planning to attend CHINASHOP can apply for a Chinese Business Visa (M Visa).
Core Note: You must apply for the visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country/region. An official Invitation Letter from the exhibition is usually required.
Below is the standard process:
- Prepare Required Documents: A valid passport (at least 6 months validity and one blank visa page), Invitation Letter from CHINASHOP or a Chinese company, Completed Visa Application Form (filled online), and one recent passport photo.
- Fill in the Online Application & Book an Appointment: Use the official Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC): https://www.visaforchina.cn. Follow the steps: Choose your country → fill in the form → submit → book a submission time.
- Submit Your Documents in Person: Visit the local CVASC office with all required documents. Fingerprint collection may be required.
- Processing Time: Standard processing is typically 4–7 working days (Express service varies by country).
- Collect Your Passport & Visa: Pick up your passport at CVASC on the scheduled date.
To apply for the official Invitation Letter, please provide the following documents:
- Scan copy of your passport information page.
- Your company name, job title, and contact details.
- Your expected travel itinerary to China (arrival/departure dates).
- Your purpose of visiting (e.g., visiting the exhibition, sourcing, meeting suppliers).

No, free Wi-Fi is not provided by the venue.
The venue offers multiple dining services. Halal food options will be available.
Most vendors accept WeChat Pay and Alipay. Please note that international credit card acceptance may be limited; carrying some local cash is advised.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition halls.
