Shjjla Zhuang Helper Food Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 2002 and formerly known as Huaxing Machinery Factory (founded in 1986), is one of China’s earliest enterprises specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of equipment for the deep processing of traditional Chinese noodle products.

Recognizing fresh wet noodles as a major category of traditional Chinese foods and the trend toward fully automated industrial production, the company launched its first fully automated noodle production line in 2009. Since then, Shjjla Zhuang Helper has focused on developing and manufacturing fully automated production lines for Chinese fresh wet noodles, aiming to fundamentally improve the chaotic market characterized by low-end products and low prices.
