Guizhou Laymau Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., established as a joint venture between Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Easy Joy Sales Co., Ltd., is the exclusive operator of the Laymau trademark and is responsible for nationwide sales and brand operations in China. Laymau is one of the key strategic brands supported and cultivated under the Moutai Group’s nationwide sauce-aroma baijiu portfolio.

Produced by Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd. following the century-old traditional sauce-aroma baijiu brewing process, Laymau is crafted from selected premium red-tasseled glutinous sorghum and wheat, undergoing a meticulous production cycle that includes nine steams, eight fermentations, and seven distillations over the course of one year. The final product is blended from a variety of styles and batches to achieve a rich, harmonious, layered profile with a distinctive and classic sauce (savoury) aroma.
