The history of Green Treasure Co., Ltd. can be traced back to 1954 when the Yunnan Branch of China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation (" Yunnan Branch of China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation ") launched the business of flavoring oil. In the 1960s, a dedicated flavoring department was established, which was later changed to the flavoring Oil Department. In 1980, the Yunnan Local Products Branch of China National Agricultural Products Corporation was separated from the head office and established as the Yunnan Local Products Import and Export Company (" Yunnan Local Products "). In 1988, Yunnan Local Products and the Kunming Light Industry Research Institute jointly established the Yunnan Lvbao Flavoring Factory. In 1993, Yunnan Local Products acquired all the shares of the Yunnan Lvbao Flavoring Factory. In 2006, the Yunnan Local Products, Spices and Oils Department and the Yunnan Flavoring Factory were restructured and merged to form Yunnan Lvbao Flavors and Fragrances Co., LTD.
