Our Research and Development Technology
Jinshengxin adheres to a business model of "technology-oriented and innovation-driven." Research and development centers have been established in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other places in China, with industry-leading R&D personnel, creating a global, cross-disciplinary R&D team.
Based on years of accumulated expertise in the camera module packaging and testing industry, the company is one of the few in China that has adopted chip-on-board (COB) packaging and chip-on-film (COF) technology in camera module manufacturing, capable of mass production and sales of ultra-thin cameras from 1M to 180 million pixels, as well as dual/multi-camera modules. It is also among the first domestic manufacturers to mass-produce 3D structured light modules and 3D TOF modules.
