Anhui Vision Commercial Design Consulting Co., Ltd. was established on October 1, 2015, founded by Chinese retail expert and small business researcher Xie Shangdong, with the ambition to create a respected design company. Vision Design focuses on supermarket design, ensuring operational enhancement of fresh produce and offering consultant-style guidance services, creating a new business design service model that is practical, replicable, and sustainable.
Vision Design centers on supermarket design, which mainly includes supermarket consulting, market research and positioning, brand image design, flow layout planning, commercial space design, prop lighting design, aesthetic design, and construction site management, among others. It has launched two major service assurance systems: enhancing fresh produce operational standards (15 days of fresh produce training, display, and operational guidance before and after opening) and consultant-style guidance (three months of consulting work) to help clients improve, grow, and succeed.
